The hybrid carts carry a feature the gas carts do not need: a large storage drawer divided by stainless steel fuel partitions, sized for charcoal and hardwood. Cooking on a hybrid grill means keeping solid fuel to hand, dry, and separated by type — and the cart is where that lives. Above it sit two accessory drawers on soft-close hardware, a folding side shelf and a cutting board, plus a dedicated pullout for the propane tank.

The 54-inch cart is a substantial piece of stainless furniture — treat it as semi-permanent. It rolls, and the locking casters hold it firmly once positioned, but a 54-inch hybrid head on top of it is not something you reposition casually. Measure gate widths before it is delivered.

Ventilation runs through the sides, rear and base. That is not a comfort feature — a sealed cabinet under a running grill traps heat and, on propane installations, is a genuine safety issue. The cart is built to move air through the enclosure continuously.
