How much cooking space is there?
840 square inches of primary cooking area, which is sized for cooking a full meal for a group in one pass rather than in batches.

How is grease handled?
Drippings run to a grease management system that collects them for removal, so cleanup is emptying a component rather than scraping out the cook box.
