RCS is proud to provide the industry’s most comprehensive warranty.
All RCS American Renaissance Grills, Cutlass Pro Series Grills and Cutlass Pro Series side burners, sinks, briquette trays, as well as ALL doors and drawers are warrantied to be free from manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the original owner.
All RCS Premier Series Grills and Premier Series Side Burners are warrantied to be free from manufacturer defects for 15 years to the original owner.
All RCS Refrigeration products are warrantied to be free from manufacturer defects for 7 years to the original owner.
All other products carry a one-year warranty to the original owner.
This RCS warranty is effective for product sales beginning April 14th, 2025.

This warranty excludes normal surface corrosion, discoloration, surface scratches and surface rust which may occur. Improper maintenance, salt spray, chemicals, pesticides will affect the look and integrity of the components of these products. RCS will not be responsible for any damage caused as a result of not following owner’s manual instructions. This non-transferrable warranty is limited to the replacement of original (one-time) defective parts, does not include shipping and labor to remove or install replacement parts, if necessary. The owner must retain and submit their original receipt with any warranty claim to receive warranty parts. The warranty applies to the original owner only. Turn your RCS Cutlass Elite or Cutlass Pro grill into a flat-top cooking station with the RCS Stainless Steel Griddle (RSSG2A). Built entirely from durable 304 stainless steel, it's perfect for breakfast favorites, burgers, sandwiches and more.
The griddle sits directly on your grill grates and features two built-in handles for easy placement and removal, plus a grease trap for cleaner cooking. Cooking surface measures 10" wide x 18" deep, with an overall footprint of 10-1/4" wide x 19-1/2" deep (14 lb). Note: it cannot be used with the grill lid closed.
Compatible with: RCS CEG30, CEG38, RON30B, RON38B and RON42B grills.

Which grills does the RSSG2A fit?
It is listed for the RCS CEG30, CEG38, RON30B, RON38B and RON42B. Match the model designation, not just the grill width.
The CEG38 is the Cutlass Elite 38 built-in, one of the compatible models.
Is it really all 304 stainless?
Yes, it is built entirely from 304 stainless steel rather than a stainless face over another material. That is the same grade RCS uses on the Cutlass grills it drops onto.
How big is the griddle surface?
The cooking surface is 10" wide by 18" deep. It is a narrow, deep plate, which leaves grate space beside it on wider grills.
What is the overall size and weight?
The plate measures 10-1/4" wide by 19-1/2" deep overall and weighs 14 lb. Use the overall figure when you check how much grate area it will claim.
How do you move it when it is hot?
It has two built-in handles for placing and removing the plate. That is a practical detail on a 14 lb plate that has been sitting over live burners.
Can the lid close over it?
No. This griddle cannot be used with the grill lid closed, so plan on cooking with the hood up whenever it is on the grates.
How does it compare to the RSSG1A?
Different grills and different proportions. This one fits the CEG and RON-series models and gives you a 10" by 18" surface with two handles, all in 304 stainless.
The RSSG1A covers the RCG32 and RJC-series grills and runs 11-5/8" wide by 15-1/2" deep. Neither can be used with the lid closed.
