American Outdoor Grills Griddle Plate AOGGR18 - 304 Stainless Steel, Removable Drip Tray
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the AOGGR18 griddle plate made from?
It is 304 stainless steel in a 12 gauge thickness. That is the same stainless grade AOG uses across its outdoor kitchen components, chosen to hold up to weather and cooking heat.
Where does the grease go while I cook?
Into a removable drip tray. The tray pulls out so you can empty it after cooking rather than working grease out of the griddle body itself.
Will the cooking surface scratch up?
AOG builds this griddle with a scratch resistant cooking surface, so day-to-day cooking and turning food will not mark it the way a polished stainless panel would.
What does a flat top let me cook that grates do not?
A solid surface holds anything small or loose that would drop through open grates - eggs, diced vegetables, smash burgers, breakfast food. You get one continuous hot surface instead of bars with gaps between them.
Does this match the rest of my AOG outdoor kitchen?
It is an American Outdoor Grills accessory built in the same 304 stainless as the brand's other components, so the finish is consistent with the rest of the AOG lineup.

I absolutely love my Coyote gas grill! The quality is excellent, it looks beautiful, and I’m very happy with my purchase.
I also want to give a special thank you to Ryan at Northwoods Grills. He was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. Before my grill even arrived, he took the time to help me with measurements and answered all of my questions to make sure everything would fit properly. He was always very attentive, patient, friendly, and easy to communicate with. His customer service really made a difference and made the whole experience so much easier for me.
It’s not often that you receive this level of personal attention and customer service. I truly appreciate all of Ryan’s help and would absolutely recommend Northwoods Grills. Great product and outstanding customer service!

Best pricing available for the product (checked all other on line retailers), and Ryan provided excellent responsiveness during the sales process. Loved dealing directly with the owner vs a sales person.
Delivery was completed within a week of the order and Ryan stayed in touch with consistent follow-up to ensure the products met my expectations.
Will recommend to friends / others looking for a high-end built in grill and matching cabinets.
