What does this cart fit?

The 30-inch TrueFlame griddle. The CART-TF-GRID30 is purpose-built for that unit rather than being a general-purpose stand.

Can I put a grill on it instead of a griddle?

No. This one is built for the 30-inch griddle; the grill heads use their own carts sized to 25, 32 and 40 inches, like the 32-inch deluxe cart.

What storage does it have?

Two soft-close doors open onto a spacious storage area, with a paper towel holder mounted to the interior door. On a griddle, having towels within reach of the cook surface is more useful than it sounds.

Are there side shelves?

Two fold-down side shelves add prep space and tuck away for compact storage. A griddle generates a lot of staging, so the shelves earn their place.

Does it move?

It runs on front locking caster wheels. Roll the griddle where you need it, then lock the front wheels before you start cooking.

Is the cabinet ventilated?

Yes. Side, rear and bottom ventilation keeps airflow through the enclosure under the griddle. The cart is built from solid commercial-grade 304 stainless steel throughout.
