Can I customize my American Outdoor Grill? Yes. We offer portable, freestanding, and built-in configurations in natural gas or propane. Standard builds ship in 5-10 business days; custom orders take 3-5 weeks.

How is my grill shipped? American Outdoor Grills ship via freight throughout the continental US with liftgate and curbside delivery. Tracking details are sent once your order leaves our shop.

Care, Warranty & Returns

What warranty comes with American Outdoor Grills? We provide a limited lifetime warranty on welds and the cooking chamber, plus 5 years on hardware, components, and burners. Standard units have a 30-day return window; custom builds are non-returnable.
