Alfresco brings restaurant-inspired luxury and professional grilling results to your outdoor kitchen with the ALXE grill. This 56-inch built-in gas grill has three (3) titanium and stainless steel blend burners that produce 27,500 BTUs each, for a total of 82,500 BTUs of total cooking power on the grilling surface. The integrated rotisserie system has an 18,500 BTU rear ceramic infrared burner and a whisper-silent motor with a chain-driven spit that has 120 pounds of turning torque. The rotisserie spit rod can be conveniently stored under the bullnose of the drip tray when not in use. Grill also features a 5,000 BTU smoker system with a stainless steel burner that ejects smoke at 200 degrees onto your grill and a smoker drawer that is large enough to hold peppers, herbs, and wood chunks and is sealed to hold liquids as well. Unique pyramid-shaped ceramic briquettes eliminate hot spots and maximize flavor as they evenly deliver heat to the cooking surface. An air-cooled front control panel keeps your knobs and control panel cool while grilling, protecting both the equipment and your hands from high heat. The 600 degree heat-resistant silicone sleeves protect the electrical wires of the grill. This natural gas grill has a spacious 770 square inches of actual grilling area, double-lined hood for durability, a removable 3-position warming rack, and heavy-duty rolled stainless steel cooking grids capable of providing perfect steakhouse results. ALXE model grills also feature rich amber LED front panel lights, stainless steel push button ignition, lighting and rotisserie controls, a new torsion spring-assisted hood system, and nickel-plated, ergonomically-designed knobs and bezels. This all-American made grill has a grill cover included.

82,500 BTUs on the grilling surface, from three titanium and stainless steel blend burners rated 27,500 BTUs each.
That is roughly triple the per-burner output of a typical entry-level grill burner, and it is why this grill recovers quickly after you load it with cold food.
How much food fits on it?
770 square inches of actual grilling area, on heavy-duty rolled stainless steel cooking grids.
A removable 3-position warming rack adds holding space above the main surface and lifts out entirely when you need the full hood.
What does this configuration include besides the main burners?
This ALXE-56 is configured with the Sear Zone, a rear infrared burner, and a side burner.
How much weight can the rotisserie turn?
Up to 120 pounds of meat. The system is hidden and integrated, with a chain-driven spit and 120 pounds of turning torque behind a whisper-silent motor.
Heat comes from an 18,500 BTU rear ceramic infrared burner, and the spit rod stores under the bullnose of the drip tray when you are not using it.
Can it cold smoke?
Yes. A dedicated 5,000 BTU smoker burner ejects smoke onto the grill at 200 degrees, which is low enough for cold smoking.
The smoker drawer is large enough for peppers, herbs and wood chunks, and it is sealed so it can hold liquids too.
How does it keep from cooking hotter in the middle?
Pyramid-shaped ceramic briquettes sit under the grids and deliver heat evenly to the cooking surface, which is how Alfresco eliminates hot spots on a grill this wide.
Does a grill cover come with it?
Yes. A grill cover is included with this model.
Will the knobs and control panel get hot?
The front control panel is air-cooled, which protects both the equipment and your hands from the heat coming off three 27,500 BTU burners.
The panel also carries amber LED lighting, and the knobs and bezels are nickel-plated.
Is the hood hard to lift on a grill this size?
No. A torsion spring-assisted hood system carries the weight, and the hood is double-lined for durability.
How is the wiring protected from the heat?
The electrical wires run inside silicone sleeves rated to 600 degrees.
