Alfresco Deluxe Pizza Oven Prep Cart AXE-PZA-PPC
This is not a stand for the oven. It is an outdoor pizza station with the oven mounted on one end — roughly five and a half feet of stainless steel carrying an insulated ice drawer, a condiment well, a removable cutting board, a plate shelf, a storage compartment and a folding side table.
The logic is simple: making pizza is a production line. Dough, sauce, cheese, toppings, launch, turn, land, cut, serve. If you are carrying each of those from an indoor kitchen the evening falls apart. This cart puts the whole line beside the oven.

Alfresco's drawing for this cart does not read cleanly enough for us to publish a depth, height or work-surface height — two passes over the same sheet returned different figures, and a cart this size is one you plan a patio around. Call 843-212-7209 and we will get you confirmed dimensions from Alfresco before you commit the space.
Is it worth it over the plain cart?
Ask how you actually cook. If the oven gets used for a couple of pizzas on a weeknight and then covered, the standard AXE-PZA-CART-01 cart does the job for a fraction of the price, and it is the more sensible buy.
The prep cart earns its money when the oven is how you entertain — when you are running dough for a dozen people, need toppings cold and to hand, and do not want to be walking indoors between pizzas. The ice drawer alone changes that: mozzarella and prepped toppings stay at temperature next to a 1,000°F oven.
The third option is not a cart at all. If the oven is going into a masonry outdoor kitchen, buy the AXE-PZA-BI built-in and build the prep space into the island.

Four condiment bowls and four condiment pans are supplied as standard, along with a removable gas tank tray spacer bar.
Does the ice drawer actually keep things cold next to the oven?
It is an insulated ice drawer, so it holds ice and keeps prepped toppings and mozzarella at temperature while the oven runs.
It is not a refrigerator — it is chilled by the ice you put in it, so plan on topping it up over a long evening.
Does it come with a propane tank?
No. The cart has a gas tank support with a removable tray spacer bar, but the tank is customer-supplied.
Is the oven included with the prep cart?
No. The AXE-PZA oven is a separate purchase. This listing is the cart only.

Should I buy this or the standard cart?

It is a freestanding cart, but at 66" wide treat it as a fixed installation rather than something you reposition casually.
If the oven genuinely needs to move — garage in winter, patio in summer — the standard cart with its braked casters is the better tool.
What is the condiment well for?
Holding sauce, cheese and toppings in the four supplied bowls and four pans while you build pizzas, with a cover to keep them protected between rounds.
What do I need to load and turn pizzas?
A long peel. The Alfresco 32.5" metal pizza peel reaches the back of the hearth through the oven's 8.5" opening.
Do I still need a cover?
For the oven, yes — the AGV-PZA vinyl or AGV-PZA-PREM premium cover.
