The American Made Grills Cart for Estate 36" (CART-EST36) takes a built-in grill head and makes it freestanding — the same grill, the same cooking, without pouring an island. For a patio you may reconfigure, a rental, or a first phase before the masonry happens, the cart is the sensible route. Built from commercial grade #304 stainless steel to match the grill it carries. The Estate carts keep the same architectural language as the grill: flat stainless faces, no visible fasteners, and two collapsible side shelves that fold down when the cart needs to fit through a gate or against a wall. At 36 inches and up the cart gains a magnetic access door backed by two-drawer storage, so tools and consumables get proper drawers rather than a shared cabinet floor. An interior condiment tray on the door itself puts sauces and rubs at hand height.
Thirty-six inches is where the Estate cart stops being a stand and starts being a workstation — the magnetic door and two-drawer stack give you organized storage rather than one shared cavity, and with the shelves out you have counter space on both sides of the grill.
Ventilation runs through the sides, rear and base. That is not a comfort feature — a sealed cabinet under a running grill traps heat and, on propane installations, is a genuine safety issue. The cart is built to move air through the enclosure continuously.

What storage does the Estate 36 cart have?

How is it different from the 30-inch Estate cart?
The 30 uses double access doors over one shared cabinet; the 36 swaps that for a magnetic door plus a two-drawer stack. You also get more counter surface once both shelves are out.
Do the side shelves come off or fold?
They fold. Two collapsible side shelves drop down when the cart needs to clear a gate or sit tight against a wall, and open out as prep space on both sides of the grill when you cook.
Is a propane tank stored on board?
Yes, inside the cabinet, with side, rear and bottom ventilation moving air through the enclosure the whole time the grill is running.
Can it be moved after it is set up?
It rolls on locking caster wheels, so it repositions when you need it to and stays put once the casters are locked.
