The AGV-30GTC covers Alfresco's 30-inch dual-zone griddle mounted on the XE-30GTC cart, spanning both the griddle and the cart body. A freestanding griddle is fully exposed on every side, and the flat plate itself is the part that suffers most from standing water: spotting, surface corrosion, and lost seasoning all follow from leaving it uncovered.

Water-resistant high-density canvas vinyl sheds rain, pollen, dust, and dirt, with an embroidered Alfresco logo. Ventilation releases condensation instead of trapping it against the plate, and secure fastenings keep the cover on in wind.

Does this fit a built-in griddle?
No. It is cut to cover the griddle plus the cart body. For a built-in installation use the AGV-30GT.

Does it fit a 30-inch cart grill?
No. Grills and griddles have different profiles. For a 30-inch grill on a cart use the AGV-30C, or AGV-30CSB if there is a side burner.

Should I cover the griddle after every cook?
Let the plate cool fully first, then cover. Covering a hot griddle traps steam against the surface, which defeats the purpose.
