Two 20,000 BTU stainless steel U-burners produce 40,000 BTUs across the grates, controlled by fully adjustable brass valves. It is ordered as either natural gas (AAEP-26C-NG) or propane (AAEP-26C-LP), and at 26" wide it is the narrowest cart in the line — the one that fits patios where a 32" or 36" cart would crowd the space.

Natural gas and propane are separate factory configurations, ordered as AAEP-26C-NG and AAEP-26C-LP; they are not field-converted, so choose based on where the grill will actually live. A propane cart can be moved anywhere on the patio, while a natural gas cart is tethered to wherever the gas line comes up.
