Equipped with two 20,000 BTU stainless steel U-burners, the Artisan American Eagle 26” ensures even heat distribution for optimal cooking. Its heat-delivery system, featuring ceramic briquettes and heavy-duty stainless steel cooking grates, provides superior heat retention and eliminates hot spots.
The 9V electronic ignition system, encased in heat-resistant silicone, guarantees quick and reliable start-ups. The adjustable brass valves allow for precision flame control, while the dual-position warming rack provides additional workspace. The air curtain cooling system keeps controls cool to the touch, even during high-heat cooking.
For enhanced convenience, the spring-assisted hood lift system makes opening and closing the grill effortless, and the integrated thermometer ensures precise temperature monitoring for oven-style roasting.
