How much cooking area does the Premier 26 cart grill have?
546 square inches in total, with a main cooking surface measuring 22 3/4" by 18". It is the most compact cart grill in the RCS lineup here.
What is the burner setup?
Three stainless steel tube burners producing 36,000 BTUs together, with briquette flavor grids over them to even out the heat and cut flare-ups.
Does it have burner zone separators?
No. This model does not use zone separators, so heat carries across the grate rather than being walled into sections.
How much clearance does the hood need?
25" above the grill. That is more than the Cutlass Pro carts require, so check the number if the grill lives under an awning.
Natural gas or propane — and what comes with each?
Both are available and the fuel type is convertible. Natural gas models include a quick disconnect hose kit; propane models include a hose and regulator for a 20 lb tank, which you supply yourself.
What are the grates made of?
Solid stainless steel cooking grids, with a stainless steel warming rack above them.
How does it light?
Sure-Strike ignition with manual flash tubes as a mechanical backup. The oversized easy-turn knobs make small temperature adjustments straightforward.

All RCS Premier Series Grills and Premier Series Side Burners are warrantied to be free from manufacturer defects for 15 years to the original owner.
All RCS Refrigeration products are warrantied to be free from manufacturer defects for 7 years to the original owner.
All other products carry a one-year warranty to the original owner.
This RCS warranty is effective for product sales beginning April 14th, 2025.

This warranty excludes normal surface corrosion, discoloration, surface scratches and surface rust which may occur. Improper maintenance, salt spray, chemicals, pesticides will affect the look and integrity of the components of these products. RCS will not be responsible for any damage caused as a result of not following owner’s manual instructions. This non-transferrable warranty is limited to the replacement of original (one-time) defective parts, does not include shipping and labor to remove or install replacement parts, if necessary. The owner must retain and submit their original receipt with any warranty claim to receive warranty parts. The warranty applies to the original owner only.
