Built from commercial-grade #443 stainless steel, the Sizzler 25" is engineered for durability, corrosion resistance, and long-term outdoor use. At its core are three #304 stainless steel tube burners, each delivering 12,000 BTUs for a total of approximately 36,000 BTUs of cooking power. This setup provides consistent, even heat across the grilling surface for dependable results every time.

How much space does this grill and cart take up on a patio?
48 inches wide, 25.5 inches deep and 57 inches high with the hood closed. Most of that width is the folding side shelves, so the parked footprint is narrower when they are down.
How many burners does the SZR25 have?
Three #304 stainless steel tube burners at 12,000 BTUs each, roughly 36,000 BTUs in total. That is a compact grill with genuine output rather than a small grill with a small flame.
How much can I cook at once?
399 square inches on the main grates and about 524 square inches of total capacity. Enough for a family dinner; tight for a large party.
Does the cart hold a propane tank?
Yes. The CART-SZR25 has double access doors with propane tank storage inside, plus side, rear and bottom ventilation designed around housing a tank.
Can I move it once it is loaded?
Yes. It rolls on casters with front locking wheels, so you can reposition it for a party and then lock it down so it does not creep while you are cooking.
What else is built into the cart?
Folding side shelves for prep and serving, and an interior paper towel holder behind the doors. The shelves fold down when the grill is parked against a wall.
What thickness are the grates on the SZR25?
8mm stainless steel. Heavier rod holds heat when cold food hits it, so you get sear marks instead of grey stripes.
What are the flame tamers for?
They sit over the burners, spread the heat sideways and take the hit from dripping fat. That reduces flare-ups and keeps grease off the burner tubes.
What happens if the ignition fails?
The grill has flame thrower ignition with a manual flash tube backup, so there is a way to light the burners by hand if the ignition ever stops working.
