Frequently Asked Questions
Which two sizes does this door come in?
20 by 14 inches and 24 by 17 inches.
Pick based on what has to pass through the opening, not on how the face looks — the larger one is the safer choice if a tank or bin has to come in and out.
Is the opening big enough for a propane tank?
Yes. Sunstone sizes both versions to pass a propane tank, a trash bin or bulk storage into the island interior.
Can I set the swing direction myself?
The doors are reversible and open left or right, so you set the hand at installation.
Useful when a door sits in a corner and only one swing clears the return wall.
What island construction does it suit?
Drywall board, brick and veneer stone are all listed, and the flush frame sits against the exterior wall on stone or stucco finishes.
Pre-drilled frame holes make the fastening straightforward once the opening is square.
What is the door built from?
Solid 16 gauge 304 stainless steel with an even #4 light brushed finish and polished handles.
Sunstone offers that same finish across its grills, doors and drawers, so the components in one island stay tonally matched.
How does it stay shut?
Top and bottom magnets secure the door against the frame.
Let customers speak for us
I absolutely love my Coyote gas grill! The quality is excellent, it looks beautiful, and I’m very happy with my purchase.
I also want to give a special thank you to Ryan at Northwoods Grills. He was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. Before my grill even arrived, he took the time to help me with measurements and answered all of my questions to make sure everything would fit properly. He was always very attentive, patient, friendly, and easy to communicate with. His customer service really made a difference and made the whole experience so much easier for me.
It’s not often that you receive this level of personal attention and customer service. I truly appreciate all of Ryan’s help and would absolutely recommend Northwoods Grills. Great product and outstanding customer service!

Best pricing available for the product (checked all other on line retailers), and Ryan provided excellent responsiveness during the sales process. Loved dealing directly with the owner vs a sales person.
Delivery was completed within a week of the order and Ryan stayed in touch with consistent follow-up to ensure the products met my expectations.
Will recommend to friends / others looking for a high-end built in grill and matching cabinets.
