Alfresco Glass Door Conversion Kit AXE-PZA-GD KIT
This is a retrofit kit, not an upgrade for a new oven. Alfresco's earlier countertop pizza ovens shipped with solid stainless steel doors, so you could not see a pizza without opening the oven and dumping the heat. This kit swaps those solid doors for stainless steel-framed glass ones.
Before you order, check which oven you have. Alfresco specifies this kit for pre-2017 AXE-PZA countertop pizza ovens. Current-production ovens already come with glass doors fitted, and this kit is not what you need. If you are not certain of your oven's year, call 843-212-7209 with the serial number off the data plate and we will tell you before you buy.
