Alfresco Commercial Griddle AGSQ-G
This is a serious griddle plate, not a thin add-on pan. The AGSQ-G is 3/16-inch solid stainless steel with integrated sides and a backsplash, and it drops straight into your Alfresco grill to turn part or all of the cooking surface into a proper flat top. That thickness is the whole point: heavy plate holds heat, so laying down eight smash burgers does not tank your surface temperature the way a thin griddle would.
The integrated sides and backsplash keep eggs, fajita juices, and butter on the plate instead of down into the burners. It handles teppanyaki, breakfast for a crowd, fajitas, and burgers, and when you are done it lifts out and the grill goes back to being a grill.

3/16 inch of solid stainless steel. That mass is the reason to buy this rather than a thin griddle pan: heavy plate holds its temperature when you load it with cold food, so eight smash burgers sear instead of steam.
Does the AGSQ-G cover the entire cooking surface?
No, and that is deliberate. It is a drop-in sized to take part of the grill, so you can run flat top on one side and open grate on the other. On a 36-inch grill, the XE-36AG accessory grate and tray set squares off the remaining area.
What do the integrated sides and backsplash do?
They keep liquid on the plate. Eggs, butter, and fajita juices stay where you are cooking them instead of running off the edge into the burners below.
Which Alfresco grills does it drop into?
Alfresco lists the AGSQ-G across its ALXE range from 30-inch through 56-inch, and on the Intelligent Professional grills. Confirm your model designation before ordering, since fitment follows the grill series rather than the width alone.
