The AGV-30GT is the tailored vinyl cover for Alfresco's 30-inch dual-zone griddle (AXE-30GT) in a built-in installation. A griddle plate needs covering as much as a grill does, arguably more: a heavy flat top that sits wet collects water spotting and surface rust far faster than a grate does, and seasoning does not survive standing water.

Water-resistant high-density canvas vinyl sheds rain, pollen, dust, and dirt, with an embroidered Alfresco logo. Ventilation lets condensation escape rather than trapping it against the plate, and secure fastenings keep the cover in place in wind.

Does this fit the griddle on a cart?
No. For a 30-inch griddle mounted on the XE-30GTC cart, use the AGV-30GTC, which is cut to cover the cart body as well.

Does it fit a 30-inch grill?
No. Griddles and grills have different profiles. For a 30-inch built-in grill use the AGV-30.

Why cover a griddle specifically?
A flat plate holds standing water where a grate would drain. Left uncovered, that leads to spotting, surface corrosion, and lost seasoning, all of which mean scrubbing the plate back before you can cook on it.
