RCS is proud to provide the industry’s most comprehensive warranty.
All RCS American Renaissance Grills, Cutlass Pro Series Grills and Cutlass Pro Series side burners, sinks, briquette trays, as well as ALL doors and drawers are warrantied to be free from manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the original owner.
All RCS Premier Series Grills and Premier Series Side Burners are warrantied to be free from manufacturer defects for 15 years to the original owner.
All RCS Refrigeration products are warrantied to be free from manufacturer defects for 7 years to the original owner.
All other products carry a one-year warranty to the original owner.
This RCS warranty is effective for product sales beginning April 14th, 2025.

This warranty excludes normal surface corrosion, discoloration, surface scratches and surface rust which may occur. Improper maintenance, salt spray, chemicals, pesticides will affect the look and integrity of the components of these products. RCS will not be responsible for any damage caused as a result of not following owner’s manual instructions. This non-transferrable warranty is limited to the replacement of original (one-time) defective parts, does not include shipping and labor to remove or install replacement parts, if necessary. The owner must retain and submit their original receipt with any warranty claim to receive warranty parts. The warranty applies to the original owner only. What cutout does this 38-inch liner call for?
43-5/8 in. wide by 12-1/4 in. high by 21-1/4 in. deep. The width is well beyond the grill's 38-inch designation, so lay the island out from the liner dimensions.
Which grill heads does it match?
The Cutlass Pro RON38B and the Cutlass Elite CEG38. It is built for the 38-inch versions of those two series only.

Is the LJRON38 optional?
Not for a combustible island. Setting a grill into wooden or otherwise combustible framing requires the insulated barrier, and this jacket is the part that provides it.
What material is the jacket?
Stainless steel, which handles both the heat coming off the firebox and the weather hitting the island from outside.
Will the 30-inch liner work if I shim it?
No. Liners are cut to a specific opening, and the 30-inch Cutlass jacket has a much narrower cutout than the 43-5/8 in. this one needs.
How does it affect the finished look?
It surrounds the grill cavity with a precise cutout, so the grill sits square and the island face closes up cleanly around it.
