Alfresco's AIJ-30-01 is the manufacturer-specified liner for installing a 30-inch Alfresco grill or the 30-inch dual-zone griddle into a wood-framed, composite, or otherwise combustible enclosure. It creates the thermal barrier between the grill body and your island structure that the installation manual requires.
