Constructed from durable #443 stainless steel, the Pro Power Burner is engineered for long-term outdoor durability and resistance to heat and corrosion. At its core is a dual-ring burner system featuring a 36,000 BTU outer burner and a 24,000 BTU inner burner, producing up to 60,000 total BTUs for both high-output searing and precision simmering.
The burner includes a removable wok ring, making it ideal for wok cooking and oversized cookware, while the 9mm stainless steel cooking grate provides exceptional stability for heavy pots and pans.
