Product Description
The Sunstone Classic Series Flush Style 12” x 12” Access Door is your perfect solution for Outdoor Plumbing, Gas, Electrical, or Safety Access great for multiple installation types like Dry-Wall Board, Brick, or Veneer Stone. In addition, this door is great for accessing the Bottom Vent of a Ceramic Grill and features a Turn-Latch which can be optionally replaced for a Locking Latch keeping internal components safe. The door is specially designed, so it can be turned 180 degrees allowing it to be opened either Left or Right Swing.
The Classic Series Doors are the Most Sleek and Stylish of all our many series of components with its even #4 Light Brushed Finishes, they are offered with same matching finish as grill, and other doors and drawers with polished handles. Doors fit flush against island exterior wall, so it’s perfect for multiple types of installation whether on Stone or Stucco, and with pre-drilled frame holes allow for easy installation.

The cutout is 9-1/4 inches square.
The 12 by 12 inch figure in the name is the outside of the frame, which laps over the opening.
Does it swing left or right?
Either. Rotate the door 180 degrees during installation and it opens the other way.

Can I lock it?
