The Sunstone Signature Series Beveled Style 12” x 12” Access Door is your perfect solution for Outdoor Plumbing, Gas, Electrical, or Safety Access great for multiple installation types like Dry-Wall Board, Brick, Veneer Stone or Masonry Stacked Brick. In addition, this door is great for accessing the Bottom Vent of a Ceramic Grill and features a Turn-Latch which can be optionally replaced for a Locking Latch keeping internal components safe. The door is specially designed, so it can be turned 180 degrees allowing it to be opened either Left or Right Swing.
The Signature Series Doors create an Modern Industrial feel and feature a sleek light brushed #4 Finish with a squared frame and angled handle. All Signature Series are offered with same matching finish as grill, and other doors and drawers with polished handles. Doors fit flush against island exterior wall, so it’s perfect for multiple types of installation and with internal hinges, doors open 120 degrees insuring they do not ding against the finished stone wall and provide clean look.

What size opening does the BA-SD12 fit?
10-1/4 inches square.
Note that this is not the same as Sunstone's Classic 12 inch door, which uses a 9-1/4 inch square cutout — check the Classic C-SD12 if your opening is already framed.
Can I get this door vented?
Yes. The BA-SD12 is offered in vented and non-vented versions.
Choose vented where the compartment needs airflow or gas ventilation, non-vented where you want it closed off.
How far does the door open?
120 degrees. The hinges are internal, which Sunstone specifies so the door does not ding against a finished stone wall on the way open.
Which way does it swing?
Either. The door is designed to be turned 180 degrees, so left or right swing is decided at installation.
Is there a locking option?
It comes with a turn latch, and the description notes that latch can optionally be replaced with a locking latch to secure internal components.
How much does the frame project from the wall?
