The TrueFlame TF-VH60-3 is a 60-inch wall-mount canopy vent hood for an outdoor kitchen, supplied with a 2,000 CFM motor and a mounting bracket.
One canopy over a longer cooking run
At 60 inches wide this hood is sized to cover a grill plus adjacent cooking equipment under a single canopy. Compare the hood width against the total span of everything that produces smoke below it — not just the grill — when you are deciding between this and the 48" or 72" models.
Airflow
A 2,000 CFM motor, the same unit used on the 42", 48" and 72" hoods. The 36-inch model in this range uses a 1,000 CFM motor, so the wider canopies are matched to the extra volume they have to clear.
Installation
A mounting bracket is included with the hood. Given the width, work out the mounting structure and how the hood will be lifted into position before install day. This listing does not publish canopy depth, height or cutout figures; take those from TrueFlame's installation manual. Ducting, clearances and the electrical supply at the hood location must follow that manual and be handled by a licensed professional.
Parts to order alongside
Spacer brackets and duct covers are separate items catalogued against the model code. The 4" spacer bracket for the TF-VH60-3 is the one made for this hood if you need to stand it off the mounting surface; the rest are in Outdoor Vent Hood Accessories.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is one hood enough for a long run of outdoor cooking equipment?
At 60 inches wide, this hood is sized to cover a grill plus adjacent cooking equipment in a single canopy. Compare the hood width against the total span of everything that produces smoke below it, not just the grill.
What is the airflow rating?
A 2,000 CFM motor. The 36" hood in this range uses a 1,000 CFM motor, so the larger hoods are matched to the extra volume they have to clear.
Does the TF-VH60-3 include mounting hardware?
A mounting bracket is included with the hood. Given the width, work out the mounting structure and how the hood will be lifted into place before you start the install.
Which model code should I use when ordering parts?
TF-VH60-3. Spacer brackets and duct covers for these hoods are catalogued against the model code, so having it to hand saves guesswork.
Are duct covers and spacers sold with the hood?
No, they are separate items. The 4" spacer bracket for the TF-VH60-3 is the one made for this hood if you need to stand it off the mounting surface.
Let customers speak for us
I absolutely love my Coyote gas grill! The quality is excellent, it looks beautiful, and I’m very happy with my purchase.
I also want to give a special thank you to Ryan at Northwoods Grills. He was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. Before my grill even arrived, he took the time to help me with measurements and answered all of my questions to make sure everything would fit properly. He was always very attentive, patient, friendly, and easy to communicate with. His customer service really made a difference and made the whole experience so much easier for me.
It’s not often that you receive this level of personal attention and customer service. I truly appreciate all of Ryan’s help and would absolutely recommend Northwoods Grills. Great product and outstanding customer service!

Best pricing available for the product (checked all other on line retailers), and Ryan provided excellent responsiveness during the sales process. Loved dealing directly with the owner vs a sales person.
Delivery was completed within a week of the order and Ryan stayed in touch with consistent follow-up to ensure the products met my expectations.
Will recommend to friends / others looking for a high-end built in grill and matching cabinets.
